Website privacy
How Allisvrai B.V. handles information when you visit this website or contact the company.
Scope
This notice covers allisvrai.com, business enquiries and the handling of support email. The Allwhere app has its own privacy policy describing the app and its data. This notice provides additional information about the website and correspondence; it does not change how the app works.
Who is responsible?
Allisvrai B.V., Hongarenburg 259, 2591 VM Den Haag, the Netherlands, is responsible for processing personal data for this website and its own business enquiries. Statutory seat: ’s-Gravenhage (The Hague). KVK: 42101210. VAT ID: NL869730927B01. For privacy questions, email support@allisvrai.com. The telephone number can be revealed in the footer.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name provided with the message, and the contents and attachments you send. We use the information needed to respond and discuss your enquiry. You choose what to send; without a way to contact you and enough information about your question, we may be unable to respond usefully. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unrelated to your enquiry.
Why we use this information
We use contact details and correspondence to answer business and support questions, based on our legitimate interest in providing support and communicating with people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). When you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, or when processing is necessary to perform that contract, we rely on Article 6(1)(b). For contact persons acting for a company, our basis is our legitimate interest in managing that business relationship. We retain records required for tax administration to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). We process the connection information needed to deliver and protect this website based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website.
Visiting this website
This is an informational website. It has no visitor accounts or contact form, and we have not included advertising scripts or visitor analytics scripts in its code. Page assets and translations are served from this website. Cloudflare hosts the site and handles connection and request information, such as your IP address and the requested page, to deliver and protect it. Workers Logs and Workers Traces are disabled for our static website. Cloudflare can still process operational and security information as described in its privacy policy; disabling those logs does not prevent the network processing needed to serve a page.
Language preference
When you change the language using the language selector, the site stores the language code in your browser’s local storage under allisvrai:lang. This remembers your choice between visits. The value has no automatic expiry in the site code and remains until replaced or cleared by you or your browser. It is not a visitor identifier and is not submitted by the site code as a tracking value. You can remove it by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser.
Hosting and email services
We use Proton for email and Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery. Proton processes the email addresses, messages and attachments needed for correspondence. Its Mail privacy policy describes its handling of email data, including encrypted storage in Switzerland, Germany or Norway. Cloudflare processes connection and request data. Its privacy policy distinguishes information processed on customers’ behalf from certain operational data processed for its own purposes. The providers’ processing arrangements are described in the Proton data processing agreement and the Cloudflare data processing addendum.
International processing
Proton’s storage locations include EEA countries and Switzerland, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision. Cloudflare operates a global network, so processing may take place outside the EEA. Its data processing addendum sets out the applicable international-transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards where required. You can use the provider links above to read those safeguards or contact us to request information about safeguards relevant to your data.
Support correspondence
Our support mailbox is handled through Proton. We do not forward new support messages to personal Gmail or make them available to Grok Bot. Previously, Allwhere support messages were forwarded to a personal Gmail mailbox and Grok Bot was used to monitor, filter and report on that mailbox. This concerned correspondence sent to us, not direct access to the journal stored in the Allwhere app. If you previously contacted support, you can ask about that processing or request deletion of related personal data by emailing support@allisvrai.com.
How long information is kept
We delete ordinary business enquiries and Allwhere support correspondence no later than two years after the last meaningful exchange about the enquiry or issue. Automated acknowledgements and notifications do not restart this period. Invoices and other records required for tax administration are retained separately for the applicable statutory period: generally seven years, and ten years where a specific tax rule requires it. This exception applies to the records needed for that obligation, not to all email in the mailbox. Deletion covers copies under our control, including earlier forwarded copies and saved reports containing correspondence. Provider backups and operational records follow the applicable provider deletion and retention arrangements. We do not maintain Workers Logs or Workers Traces for this website; Cloudflare’s own operational retention is described in its privacy policy. Browser language storage is described above.
External links
The website links to LinkedIn. If you follow that link, you visit LinkedIn, where its own privacy information applies. The website does not embed a LinkedIn tracking widget. Sending an email or using a telephone link opens the relevant application on your device; it does not submit a website form.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to support@allisvrai.com. GDPR generally requires a response within one month, with a permitted extension in certain cases. You can also complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
